Why this conference
A time to breathe, receive and be renewed.
Life pulls on women from every direction: family, ministry, work, responsibilities and expectations. The Ishah Purpose Conference is a moment to step aside, reflect, worship and learn, then leave with renewed strength to rise to the task of your calling.
It is also a place to talk about things that often go unspoken in families, churches and society, with women who understand.

The last time we gathered
The second edition, March 2026.
On Saturday, March 7, 2026, about 70 women gathered at The View Event Venue, Orlando, Florida for worship, teaching, workshops and fellowship, with breakfast and lunch together.
Hosted by Pastor Astrid Soni, with speakers Dr. Leslie McNulty, Neliana Lord, Lisa Morgan.
The first Ishah Purpose Conference was held in Orlando in 2020, a few weeks before the pandemic, with about 50 women. March 2027 will be the third.
